APPLYING TO RENT
We now have the ability for you to apply to rent directly from this web site. You can make an offer to rent on one or more of our properties at once, and have to fill out only one application!
If you find a place you like in our for-rent listings, you can click on Apply to rent this property!! to take you directly to the Offer to Rent page, and from there, you can fill out our online application.
Or, if you find several places you are interested in and want to compare them side-by-side, and perhaps make offers to rent them, just click on the Add to Cart checkbox when you have the results of your search up. Then, click on the View Cart button. From there, you can see their features side-by-side, remove them from the cart, or make offers on one or more of them.
You can also submit an application without selecting a property to rent so you can select a suitable property after you have been approved. To apply, click here.
